RETURN POLICY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order with LC Vibe Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom-made and personalised items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE once production has started.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

• Custom clothing

• Personalised items

• Printed products

• Vinyl products

• Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer

Please ensure all spellings, sizes, colours, and designs are checked before approving your order.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
To maintain the quality of your garments:

• Wash inside out at 30°C

• Do not tumble dry

• Do not iron directly onto the print

• Air dry only

LC Vibe Shop is not responsible for damage caused by washing instructions not being followed.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and may vary during busy periods.
